Project overview
Moo Enterprises needed a site where first impressions could do real work: build enough trust that a prospective guest would reach out about a temporary stay, without ever seeing the property in person first.
The site organizes around a small set of Knoxville-area listings — Knoxville Gem, Rocky Top Townhouse, and Classic Knox — each with its own page, alongside a straightforward path to contact by phone or email.
My contribution
I designed and built the site end to end — structure, layout, property pages, and the path from browsing to inquiry — with a focus on making a small furnished-rental operation feel professional and trustworthy to first-time visitors.
Results
From its March 2023 launch through August 9, 2026, the Moo Enterprises website recorded 917 sessions from 627 unique visitors and generated 2,277 pageviews.
Property discovery accounted for a substantial share of that activity. The main property-listing experiences and individual rental pages generated 966 pageviews—42.4% of all recorded pageviews—showing that visitors used the site to move beyond the homepage and explore available properties.
